Like every year, this year too Gyanjyoti Public School has celebrated the Independence with grandeur. Recalling our glorious past and the constant struggle of our freedom fighters were the highlights of the programme.
On 26th September, Thursday Gyanjyoti Public School observed the birthday of Pandit Iswar Chandra Vidyasagar who was an Indian educator and social reformer of the nineteenth century. His efforts to simplify and modernise Bangla prose were significant. He also rationalised and simplified the Bangla alphabet.
As we pass each year, Bapu still remains an embodiment of political ethicism across the globe. We have observed the birthday of the Father of the Nation on 2nd October to reminisce about his constant struggle to lead the successful campaign for Independence against the British Raj.
The students of Gyanjyoti Public School came together to celebrate the vibrant and culturally rich Sharodia program on October 7, 2024. The event was filled with enthusiasm, as students showcased traditional dances, music, and dramas that highlighted the spirit of the festive season. The celebration provided a wonderful opportunity for students to honor their heritage, express creativity, and build camaraderie with their peers. Teachers and staff joined in the festivities, creating an atmosphere of joy and unity.
After some Scintillating matches, the Green House has become triumphant in the Inter House Football Tournament. The tournament witnessed some tough fights and jubilance among the four teams.
As the nation delves into the festival of lights, the students of Gyanjyoti Public School have embellished the school with Rangoli showcasing their artistic gallantry.
